Member event: November 2023 Exclusive session with renowned Sommelier trainer Soren Polonius

November sees exclusive free training featuring the esteemed Sommelier trainer, Soren Polonius. Soren, who currently holds the position of Joint Head of the Exams and Contests Committee within ASI, brings a wealth of expertise to share with our community. UK Sommelier Academy was delighted to organise and offer complimentary admission to it’s members for this exceptional event.

During this enlightening half-day event, scheduled for November 28th in London, Soren will impart invaluable knowledge, guidance, and insider tips.

Those present will learn how to meet the ASI standard, preparing for exams and competitions and gain insight into excelling on both the National and International sommelier stage. Soren will also graciously share his knowledge and advice on becoming the best sommelier possible.
