The agenda for the day

12.30 pm to 1.00 - Registration

1.00 to 2:30 - Masterclass “Undiscovered Italy” a look at lesser-known varieties by Michael Palij MW. @winetradersuk

2.30 - 2.45 - Break

2.45 to 3:30 - Micro portfolio presentation (6 Wines) by Derek Robertson of Lea & Sandeman. @derek_wine

3.30 - 3.40 - Break

3.45 to 4.45 - Drinks After class

“Drinks After Class”

The idea is simple: We ask each person to bring a bottle from an “under-the-radar” producer, region, or country that they believe deserves more attention.

This will give you an inside look at what other beverage professionals are serving at their place of work (or drinking at home) and allow you to taste some “undercovered” wines.

One bottle per person of any style & colour to be enjoyed and tasted by all members during the day.

Numbers are limited to 30 due to capacity so booking (@nsclub_uk or email Daniel Pereyra daniel@nsclub.uk) is necessary. Whilst UKSA membership is not essential, UKSA members will be given priority allocation of spaces and will be only be requested to donate £5 rather than £10 attendance to cover the cost of the event.

Salut wine bar will be open for trade, for these reasons we ask attendees to be on time and respect the space and Salut team.

For those who want to secure their space on the day of the event, the NSC requests the donation in advance to avoid last-minute cancelations or no-shows. If 72 hours’ notice is given in advance they will return the ticket price.
