Life’s busy…Aren’t podcasts the perfect way to catch up on the latest information, articles and industry news.  Not only can you multitask whilst you are doing it, but interviews come alive when you hear the person speaking, hearing their story and passion rather than just reading their words.

That’s why here, at the UKSA we are very excited about the launch of the ASI podcast called ‘A Sommelier’s Insight’.

This week on their podcast, host Mark DeWolf, Editor of ASI Magazine, speaks with Master Sommelier Vince Morrow and Executive Director of the Court of Master Sommeliers, Julie Cohen Theobald, about the evolution of the sommelier profession.

How is the profession changing? Is it becoming more inclusive and diverse? How are sommeliers like Vince and institutions such as the Court of Master Sommeliers evolving their practices and programmes to keep up with an ever-changing world of hospitality?

Join them for an enlightening discussion in this podcast produced by sommeliers for sommeliers!  Search ‘A Sommelier’s Insight’ on Spotify or click here
